Welcome to pastemyst (“the Service”), a free and open-source website for storing and sharing text and code snippets. By using the Service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You may use the Service without an account or by creating an account through GitHub or GitLab login. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

When you sign in, we collect and store your username, OAuth provider name (GitHub/GitLab), and your provider ID.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

You may paste and share text content (such as code snippets or plain text).

You must not use the Service to upload or share:

• Illegal content.
• Copyrighted material that you do not own or have permission to share
• Malware, exploits, or content intended to harm others
• Harassment, hate speech, or personal data leaks

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules or applicable laws.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, or availability.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.
• Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of data, interruptions, or exposure to harmful content posted by others.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

The Service is open source, and its source code is available at github.com/pastemyst. These Terms apply only to the hosted version of the Service provided at paste.myst.rs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will provide notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
