pastemyst (“the Service”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown request as described below.

This policy applies to all user-submitted content (pastes, text, images, etc.) hosted on the Service.

To report alleged copyright infringement, please send an email to code@myst.rs including all of the following:

• Your contact information (name, email, address)
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Location of the infringing material on the Service (URL)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic signature (typed name is sufficient)

Upon receiving a valid takedown request:

• We will review the notice and remove or delete the allegedly infringing content if appropriate.
• Once a paste is deleted, it cannot be restored.
• We may notify the user who posted the content.

If your content was removed due to a takedown request and you believe this was in error, you can send a counter-notice to code@myst.rs including:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the removed content and its location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error
• Your electronic signature (typed name is sufficient)

Note: If a paste was deleted as a result of a takedown request, it cannot be restored even after a counter-notice.

We are not responsible for determining the validity of copyright claims. We act as a neutral host and respond to notices in good faith.
